Research Interests
Chelsea completed her doctoral studies in Molecular Microbiology at UT Southwestern, where she studied the mechanisms of M. tuberculosis pathogenesis under Michael Shiloh. She is now interrogating the pathogenesis of L. monocytogenes and the mechanisms employed to counteract host antimicrobial responses.
